Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted for unused, unopened itemed with prior approval, which can be obtained by contacting us via email to product@abilityhealthcare.com.au. Please note, a 20% restocking fee applies, and you are responsible for freight costs to return the item(s) to us. No returns will be authorised after 21 days from dispatch.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will add the cost of shipping to your invoice. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

Your are welcome to pick orders us from our warehouse – please note this in your order so we can accommodate this request. Once your invoice is issued, you can be certain the items are ready for collection from:
