The Sereno Alternating Air Mattress System is a professionally engineered pressure care solution designed for high-risk patients, including those requiring Stage IV pressure injury management. Developed to meet rigorous clinical and regulatory standards, Sereno delivers reliable pressure redistribution, patient comfort, and caregiver confidence.

Manufactured using premium Taiwan Nanya TPU-coated nylon, the mattress features a double-layer air cell architecture with flexible cell-on-cell or cell-in-cell configurations. The lower layer remains static to provide a stable support base, while the upper layer alternates in an A–B cycle, actively redistributing pressure to help prevent pressure injuries, bedsores, and decubitus ulcers.

Integrated pillow support and ventilation enhance comfort and assist with skin microclimate management. The mattress is enclosed in a 4-way stretch PU cover that is fire-retardant, waterproof, and zippered, ensuring hygiene, durability, and ease of maintenance. For emergency situations, a CPR quick-release valve enables rapid deflation.

All Sereno anti-decubitus mattresses are produced under a strict quality control system and are certified to ISO 13485, CE, CB, and TÜV standards, supporting clinical use in demanding care environments.
